IA POST GRAD TIMELINE
Summer is for final preparations before heading to college, with personalized training to refine techniques, improve conditioning, and ensure athletes are fully prepared to excel at the collegiate level.
The Fall is designed for gains to velocity, speed, bat speed, strength, arm strength, size, athleticism and muscle composition. Each program is designed to make the player more "toolsy" and more of an impact player.
Winter is about building strength, refining skills, and enhancing athleticism with our MLB-experienced coaches, preparing athletes for a competitive spring season and their future college careers.
Spring is focused on competing against top-tier talent through a Florida JUCO schedule. Athletes face high-level opponents, gaining crucial experience and showcasing their skills in a competitive environment. This season is designed to challenge players, develop their strategic understanding, and prepare them for the demands of college-level competition.
